Wiring Looms

At our Bolton facility, we manufacture wiring harnesses and looms to IPC/WHMA-A-620. Every loom is produced by experienced, fully trained operators.

Defence Wiring Loom Manufacturer

Assembly Solutions Ltd (ASL) is a leading UK manufacturer of custom Wiring Looms and Wiring Harnesses for defence applications. Based in Bolton, we are an award-winning family business, fully accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

We manufacture from compact wiring sub-assemblies to large, complex vehicle harnesses. Our experienced team handles demanding electrical requirements, with operators trained to IPC A-620 standards. Every loom is built to customer drawings and specifications, controlling cable lengths, connectors, terminations and protective processes.

Our Defence Wiring Loom Services

We manufacture a wide range of custom-made wiring looms and harnesses for defence applications, including armoured vehicles, specialist vehicles and high-reliability electrical equipment.

Every completed wiring loom undergoes a detailed Quality Inspection and 100% electrical test to confirm accuracy and compliance with the customer specification before packing and despatch.
