Cable Assembly Manufacturer

Assembly Solutions Ltd (ASL) is a UK-leading manufacturer of Cable Assemblies and Wire Preparation. Moreover, we are an award-winning Bolton-based family business, fully accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

We manufacture everything from simple cable assemblies to large, heavy-duty prepared assemblies. In addition, our team is fully equipped to handle any type of electrical cable requirement. Furthermore, our highly skilled wiring operating team is fully trained to the IPC-A-610 Assembly Standards, ensuring quality in all cable assembly production processes, including crimping, soldering, tinning, and adhering to the acceptable tolerances set by the customer or manufacturer.

Our Cable Assembly Services

We manufacture a wide range of custom-made Cable Assembly products, ranging from armoured vehicles, subsea engineering, drones and precision instruments.

Each batch undergoes a precise Quality Inspection and 100% electrical test to ensure accuracy and reliability before packing and despatch.
